Design Process

Understand our seamless and transparent design process.

01. Free Consultation

Meet with us to discuss your vision and goals for your website. We provide free insights that will help you whether you choose to go with us or not. We create a plan of action that will detail completion date and the different aspects you want reflected on your site.

02. Agree to Package

If you decide to move forward with our services, you will pick the package that is right for you. We offer four packages: Opal, Diamond, and Emerald. Click here for more details.

03. Sign Contract

Now it's time to make it official. We will send you a contract that details everything we will do for you including the agreed upon completion date.

04. Pay Deposit

For us to start any project, a 50% deposit is required. We will send an invoice for the total job and ask that you only pay 50% of the package. After we finish the job, you are then able to pay the remaining 50%.

05. Start Project

At this point we start the research on your competitors and industry and create a design plan that is unique and on brand. We will design the home page first and send it over for feedback.

06. First Review

Now we deliver the home page design to you for you to review. We encourage you to give us all the feedback possible to ensure we got the vision correctly. After this, we will make all the changes requested.

07. Second Review

Once we got the home page completed, we will not complete all other pages agreed upon. After designing those pages, we will send over the design for your review again.

08. Live Review

At this point, the design is 95% complete. We will meet via Google Meet and review the website together. This will take 1 to 2 hours. You are encouraged to tell us the small details that need to be adjusted to ensure the design is just right.

09. Pay Final 50%

The design is finally done. You have told us that you're happy with everything and it's good to go. We then wait for you to pay the final 50% of package.

10. Transfer Ownership

Since the package has been paid in full, we transfer ownership of the website over to you. We also connect the domain to the website and walk you through choosing the best WIX Premium Plan if needed. Also, your 14 day free retainer starts.
