Service 1st Initiatives is an Arlington based non-profit that serves as a mentorship program to young men from age 10 to 18. Their goal is to help encourage and support the lives of young men to become outstanding citizens and leaders. They focus on three initiatives which is Academic Enrichment, Business Development, and Health & Nutrition.
